TRICONEX 3625C1 is a 32-channel commoned supervised digital output module with triple modular redundancy (TMR) architecture for Triconex Tricon safety instrumented systems (SIS). The suffix C1 represents a hardware revision variant of the 3625 series module, compatible with Tricon firmware V9 and V10. This TMR safety I/O module adopts 2-out-of-3 voting logic to eliminate single point of failure, outputs 24VDC discrete control signals to drive solenoid valves and safety actuators for emergency shutdown interlock. The Tricon supervised digital output module supports supervised and non-supervised working modes. In supervised mode, it continuously performs channel diagnostics to detect open circuit, short circuit, blown fuse and load loss, and transmits fault alarms to the Tricon engineering workstation in real time. The module supports hot swap operation, maintenance personnel can replace the faulty module online without shutting down the entire safety system.
