TRICONEX 2750 also known as RO2750 is a relay output module built with triple modular redundancy (TMR) architecture for Triconex Tricon safety instrumented systems (SIS). This TMR safety I/O module receives alarm and safety status signals from the Tricon main controller, and drives on-board relay contacts to output switch signals for external alarm indication and protection interlock. The Tricon relay output module supports multi-channel relay configuration, each relay can be set to normally open or normally closed contact according to project requirements, and the relay contacts can be used for low-power external alarm circuits. It continuously monitors relay coil state, contact health and module hardware status, automatically uploading fault information and circuit failure alarms to the Tricon engineering workstation in real time. The module supports hot swap operation, maintenance personnel can replace the faulty module online without shutting down the whole safety system. Front panel LED indicators display module PASS, FAULT and each relay channel status for fast on-site inspection and troubleshooting. It adopts 2-out-of-3 voting logic to eliminate single point of failure and fully meets SIL3 safety integrity level requirements. It can be installed in standard Tricon rack and cooperates with Tricon processor and other I/O modules. Widely applied in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and power industries, this TRICONEX 2750 relay output module is used for ESD emergency shutdown, fire and gas monitoring and burner management safety interlock systems.
