TRICONEX 3625 is a 32-channel commoned supervised digital output module built with triple modular redundancy (TMR) architecture for Triconex Tricon safety instrumented systems (SIS). This TMR safety I/O module adopts 2-out-of-3 voting logic to avoid single point of failure, delivering 24VDC discrete control signals to drive solenoid valves and safety actuators for emergency shutdown interlock. The Tricon supervised digital output module supports supervised or non-supervised working mode. Under supervised mode, it continuously detects open circuit, short circuit, blown fuse and load loss of field wiring, and uploads fault alarms to the Tricon engineering workstation in real time. The module supports hot swap operation, maintenance personnel can replace the faulty module online without shutting down the whole safety system. Front panel LED indicators display module health status and each channel output state for fast on-site troubleshooting. It can be configured by TriStation 1131 software, fully meets SIL3 safety integrity level requirements. It can be installed in standard Tricon rack and cooperates with Tricon processor and other I/O modules. Widely applied in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and power industries, this TRICONEX 3625 digital output module executes safety actions for ESD emergency shutdown, fire and gas monitoring and burner management systems.
