GE SR469-P5-HI-A20 is a digital motor management relay manufactured by GE Multilin, engineered for comprehensive protection, monitoring and control of three-phase induction and synchronous motors in heavy industrial power systems. This motor management relay adopts advanced microprocessor technology and thermal modeling algorithm to continuously track the motor winding hot spot temperature, effectively preventing thermal overload and insulation damage. The protection relay integrates multiple protection functions including overload, locked rotor, phase loss, current unbalance, ground fault, overvoltage and undervoltage to reduce unexpected motor downtime. It supports up to 12 RTD inputs to monitor the temperature of motor bearings and windings, and 10 configurable digital inputs for status collection. Four 4-20mA analog outputs are available to transmit real-time operating data to DCS and SCADA systems. It is equipped with RS232 and RS485 communication ports supporting Modbus RTU protocol for seamless connection to industrial control networks. Built-in event recording and waveform capture functions help maintenance staff quickly analyze fault root causes.
