GE IC698PSA100E is a 100W rack mount power supply module designed for GE Fanuc PACSystems RX7i VME chassis. This PACSystems power module is installed in slot 0 of the RX7i main rack, converting wide range AC or DC input into stable +5VDC, +12VDC and -12VDC regulated power, and delivering logic sequencing signals to all CPU, I/O and communication modules on the VME backplane. The RX7i power supply module supports 85~264VAC and 100~150VDC dual input, equipped with built-in active power factor correction for AC input to reduce harmonic interference and improve power efficiency. It outputs 100W continuous power at 0℃ to 60℃ ambient temperature without forced air cooling. Integrated protection circuits include overcurrent, overvoltage and overtemperature protection to avoid damage to the power unit and backplane modules under abnormal electrical conditions. The module features power ride-through capability, maintaining stable output during temporary power dip for one AC line cycle to prevent unexpected PLC shutdown. Front panel power switch and LED status indicators allow technicians to quickly check power running status and perform fault diagnosis.
