GE IC695CPE310-ACAT is a high-performance single-slot CPU module for GE Fanuc PACSystems RX3i automation platform. This PACSystems controller module adopts a 1.1GHz Atom-class processor, delivering fast execution of Boolean logic and complex process control algorithms. The RX3i CPU module is equipped with 10MB user memory and 10MB non-volatile flash memory, supporting optional IC695ACC400 energy pack to realize battery-free data saving when power fails. It integrates one 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet port, one RS232 serial port and one RS485 serial port, together with USB programming port. Supported communication protocols include SRTP, Modbus TCP, EGD, Modbus RTU and SNP, enabling stable data exchange with HMI, DCS and SCADA systems. It adopts dual PCI/serial backplane design, compatible with RX3i I/O modules and most Series 90-30 modules for system upgrade and expansion. This controller module supports up to 32K discrete I/O bits and 32K analog I/O words, and it can run up to 512 program blocks with maximum 128KB per block. It supports multiple programming languages including ladder diagram, structured text, function block diagram and C language, programmed via Proficy Machine Edition software. Front panel LED indicators display run, fault, serial and Ethernet status for convenient fault diagnosis. The suffix ACAT represents special variant for industrial spare parts.
