The GE IS220PRTDH1A is a high-precision RTD Input Pack Module belonging to GE Speedtronic Mark VIe distributed turbine control system. This industrial control spare part is designed to receive resistance signals from RTD temperature sensors, and convert resistance values into accurate digital temperature data for the main controller. As a reliable Turbine Control Module, it is equipped with 8 isolated RTD input channels, supporting 2-wire,3-wire and 4-wire connection modes for Pt100, Cu100 and other RTD sensors. It adopts high-resolution ADC chip to achieve stable and precise temperature measurement for turbine bearings, generator windings and exhaust pipelines.
The GE IS220PRTDH1A RTD Input Pack Module is fitted with dual 100Mbps RJ45 Ethernet ports for redundant IONet communication, ensuring reliable data transmission between the I/O pack and system controller. The module has built-in channel diagnostic functions and front panel LED indicators, which can display power status, communication link and channel fault information in real time. It provides 2500V field isolation to suppress electromagnetic interference in power plant environments. It supports simplex, dual and TMR redundant system configurations and hot replacement without shutting down the whole control system.
