The GE IS200TREGH1BEC is a high-reliability Emergency Trip Termination Board (TREG), designed for GE Speedtronic Mark VI turbine control systems. This industrial control spare part cooperates with VPRO protection processor board and TRPG board to implement independent emergency overspeed and turbine trip protection, which is separated from the main turbine control system. As a reliable Turbine Protection Module, it is equipped with 12 on-board relays, 9 of which form three groups of 2-out-of-3 voting relay circuits to drive emergency trip solenoids. It provides the positive side of the 125VDC trip loop, executes fast turbine shutdown commands when overspeed, over-temperature or other fault conditions happen, and cuts off fuel and hydraulic oil supply to protect gas turbines and steam turbines from severe damage.

The GE IS200TREGH1BEC Emergency Trip Termination Board adopts conformal coated PCB to resist dust, moisture and vibration in harsh power plant environments. It integrates metal oxide varistor surge suppression components to absorb transient high voltage and protect relay contacts and control circuits. It has three D-type connectors and terminal strips for field wiring and signal connection. The board supports simplex, dual and TMR redundant system architectures and VME rack mounting inside Mark VI control cabinet. Built-in relay channel diagnostic functions can detect relay coil failure and contact loss status. It is widely used in power generation and oil & gas industries for gas turbine, steam turbine safety protection system maintenance, spare part replacement and system retrofit.
