GE IS200SRTDH2ACB belongs to GE Mark VI Speedtronic turbine control system, it is a simplex RTD terminal board for signal conditioning. The board is equipped with 8 RTD input channels, compatible with 2‑wire and 3‑wire PT100, PT1000 resistance temperature detectors. Field wiring is realized via shielded terminal blocks.

It connects to I/O processing unit through DC‑37 connector, performs primary signal conditioning and filtering, then sends signals to system processor for linearization and digitization. With 2.5kV RMS galvanic isolation, it suppresses electromagnetic interference and voltage surge on‑site to guarantee temperature measurement accuracy. Operating temperature ranges from ‑40℃ to +70℃, it adopts rack chassis installation, and the built‑in terminal blocks facilitate field wiring and commissioning.

This board collects temperature data of bearings, stators and exhaust sections for gas turbines and steam turbines. It realizes real‑time thermal monitoring and thermal protection for units, avoiding nuisance trips and equipment damage caused by overheating. It is widely used in turbine control systems of power plants, oil and gas facilities. It is commonly used for unit retrofit and faulty board replacement to maintain safe and stable operation of generator sets.
