The GE DS200TCEAG1ACB is a high-reliability TCEA Emergency Overspeed Board for GE Speedtronic Mark V turbine control systems. This industrial control spare part undertakes independent turbine overspeed protection function. As a reliable Turbine Protection Module, it collects speed signals from turbine shaft pickups, monitors unit rotating speed in real time. Once overspeed threshold is triggered, it outputs trip commands to cut fuel supply and shut down the turbine rapidly, preventing equipment damage. It carries onboard microprocessor, PROM modules, fuses and multiple configurable jumpers for firmware and hardware setup.
