The GE DS200TCCAG1BAA is a high-reliability TCCA Common Analog I/O Board designed for GE Speedtronic Mark V turbine control systems. This industrial control spare part serves as the main analog signal processing interface inside the R5 control core. As a reliable Turbine Control Module, it carries an onboard 80196 microprocessor and removable PROM modules for firmware storage. It processes 4-20mA, RTD, thermocouple, shaft voltage and shaft current signals from terminal boards, completes signal scaling and filtering, then transmits converted digital data to the main control processor for gas turbine and steam turbine monitoring and closed-loop regulation.

The GE DS200TCCAG1BAA TCCA Common Analog I/O Board adopts conformal coated PCB to resist dust, moisture and vibration in harsh power plant environments. It has two 50-pin connectors JCC and JDD, plus configurable jumpers for serial port and test setup. Onboard LED indicator shows power and fault status. The board supports simplex, dual and TMR redundant system architectures and rack mounting inside Mark V control cabinet. Built-in self-diagnostic functions can detect signal loss and hardware circuit faults. It is widely used in power generation and oil & gas industries for turbine control system maintenance, spare part replacement and system retrofit.
