The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/42M Proximitor Seismic Monitor Module is a four-channel full-height monitoring module for the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection TSI rack system. This vibration position monitoring module supports dual types of sensor input, including eddy current proximity probes and seismic transducers such as accelerometers and velocity sensors. The 4 Channel Seismic Module can be configured in channel pairs via rack configuration software, supporting multiple measurement functions: radial vibration, thrust position, differential expansion, shaft eccentricity, shaft absolute, acceleration, velocity and REBAM bearing monitoring. Each channel can set independent alert and danger alarm thresholds. When measured parameters exceed preset limits, the module transmits alarm signals to rack relay modules to trigger safety interlock and equipment shutdown. It provides buffered transducer coaxial output and 4-20mA recorder output for waveform spectrum analysis and data transmission to DCS system. Front panel LED indicators display module health status, communication and bypass state. The module supports hot swapping without interrupting the machinery protection safety loop. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis function detects sensor open circuit, short circuit and hardware faults automatically. It complies with API 670 industry standard and SIL2 safety certification.
