The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/33-01-00 full-height 16-channel relay module belongs to the Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection system. The suffix -01 represents 16 relay output version, -00 indicates no special agency certification, suitable for standard control room environments. This module can be installed in any free slot on the rack right side behind the TDI/RIM module. It provides 16 independent SPDT dry contact relay outputs. Each relay channel can be independently programmed via 3500 rack configuration software, supporting AND/OR voting logic. It can be linked to Alert, Danger or Not OK alarm signals from any monitor channel inside the rack, outputting dry contact signals to DCS, ESD or local alarm panels for machinery alarm and interlock control. The 16 channels are divided into four groups of four channels, each group can be set to normally energized or normally de-energized mode. Each relay supports latch or non-latch mode. Front panel LED indicators display module OK status, communication status and each channel alarm state for quick on-site inspection. Built-in self-diagnosis function detects module internal faults and communication abnormalities. It supports hot swapping during normal rack operation, maintenance staff can replace the faulty relay module without shutting down the whole TSI system. This is non-TMR version, TMR safety projects need to use 3500/34 TMR relay module. It complies with API 670 turbomachinery monitoring standard, widely applied in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, matched with steam turbines, gas turbines and centrifugal compressors, converting vibration and temperature alarm signals into multi-channel relay dry contact outputs.
