The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/32 four-channel relay module is a full-height plug-in card for the Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection system. It can be installed in any free slot on the right side of the rack after the RIM/TDI module. This module provides four independent SPDT relay output channels, each channel supports programmable alarm drive logic, AND/OR logic and voting functions. Engineers can configure each relay via 3500 rack configuration software, linking relay action to Alert, Danger or Not OK status from any monitor channel inside the rack. It is used to output dry contact signals to DCS, ESD or local alarm panels for machine alarm and shutdown control. Each relay supports latch or non-latch mode. Front panel LED indicators display module health status, communication status and individual channel alarm state for quick on-site inspection. Built-in self-diagnosis detects module faults and communication failures. The module supports hot swapping during rack operation, maintenance staff can replace it without shutting down the whole TSI system. TMR safety applications need to use 3500/34 TMR relay module instead of 3500/32. It complies with API 670 turbomachinery monitoring standard, widely applied in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, matched with steam turbines, gas turbines and centrifugal compressors, converting vibration and temperature monitoring alarms into relay contact output signals.
