The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/33 149986-01 full-height 16-channel relay module belongs to the Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection system. It can be installed in any free slot on the rack right side behind the TDI/RIM module. This module provides 16 independent SPDT dry contact relay outputs. Each relay channel can be programmed separately via 3500 rack configuration software, supporting AND/OR voting logic. It can be linked to Alert, Danger or Not OK alarm signals from any monitor channel in the rack, outputting dry contact signals to DCS, ESD or local alarm panels for machinery alarm and interlock shutdown control. The 16 channels are divided into four groups of four channels, each group can be set to normally energized or normally de-energized mode. Front panel LED indicators display module communication status and each channel alarm state for quick on-site inspection. Built-in self-diagnosis function detects module internal faults and communication abnormalities. It supports hot swapping during normal rack operation, maintenance staff can replace the faulty relay module without shutting down the whole TSI system. This model is a non-TMR version, TMR safety projects need to adopt 3500/34 TMR relay module. It complies with API 670 turbomachinery monitoring standard, widely applied in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, matched with steam turbines, gas turbines and centrifugal compressors, converting vibration and temperature alarm signals into multi-channel relay dry contact outputs.
