The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/32-01-00 full-height 4-channel relay module belongs to the Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection system. The suffix -01 represents 4-channel relay output version, -00 means no special agency certification, suitable for standard control room environments. It can be installed in any free slot on the rack right side after the TDI/ RIM module. This module provides four independent SPDT dry contact relay outputs. Each relay channel can be independently programmed via 3500 configuration software, supporting AND/OR voting logic. It can be linked to Alert, Danger or Not OK alarm signals from any monitoring channel inside the rack, outputting dry contact signals to DCS, ESD or local alarm panels for machinery alarm and interlock control. Each relay supports latch or non-latch mode. Front panel LED indicators display module health status and each channel alarm state for quick on-site inspection. Built-in self-diagnosis function detects module internal faults and communication abnormalities. It supports hot swapping under normal rack operation, maintenance personnel can replace the faulty relay module without shutting down the whole TSI system. This non-TMR version cannot be used for triple modular redundant safety protection applications; TMR projects need to select 3500/34 TMR relay module. It complies with API 670 turbomachinery monitoring standard, widely applied in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, matched with steam turbines, gas turbines and centrifugal compressors, converting vibration and temperature alarm signals into relay dry contact outputs.
