The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/40M 176449-01 is the front main processing board for the four-channel Proximitor Monitor module in the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection TSI rack system. This 4 channel proximitor board works with rear I/O modules such as 125680-01 internal termination board, receiving raw eddy current probe signals and processing multiple machinery measurement parameters. The shaft vibration monitoring module can be configured by channel pairs through rack configuration software, supporting radial vibration, thrust position, differential expansion, shaft eccentricity and REBAM bearing monitoring. Each channel can be set with independent alert and danger alarm thresholds. When the measured value exceeds preset limits, the module sends alarm signals to rack relay modules for safety interlock and equipment shutdown. It provides buffered transducer output signals for waveform and orbit analysis, which is convenient for vibration fault diagnosis.
