The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/25 149369-01 enhanced Keyphasor module is a half-height dual-channel timing reference module for the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection TSI rack system. This speed phase reference module accepts pulse signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups mounted on rotating shafts, conditioning raw sensor pulses into precise once-per-turn or multi-event digital Keyphasor timing signals. The 2 Channel Keyphasor Monitor supplies phase reference for other monitor modules inside the rack, to calculate shaft rotating speed, 1X vibration amplitude, phase angle and synchronous orbit data for turbomachinery vibration fault diagnosis. The 149369-01 main board is the upgraded replacement of legacy 125792-01, with improved signal processing performance and full backward compatibility with existing 3500 rack hardware. It supports flexible configuration for single-shaft or dual-shaft monitoring, the whole rack can install up to two 3500/25 modules to obtain four Keyphasor signals. Front panel LED indicators display module health status, sensor fault and communication state. The module supports hot swapping without interrupting the core machinery protection safety loop. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis function detects sensor open circuit, short circuit and board hardware faults automatically. It complies with API 670 industry standard, widely used in power generation, petrochemical and metallurgy industries, matched with steam turbines, gas turbines and centrifugal compressors, providing high-precision phase timing reference for rotating machinery condition monitoring and vibration analysis.
