The BENTLY NEVADA 135473-01 Keyphasor I/O module with internal barrier and internal terminations is the rear signal conditioning board for the Bently Nevada 3500/25 enhanced Keyphasor module in the 3500 machinery protection rack system. This phase reference board receives pulse signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups mounted on rotating shafts, and converts raw sensor pulses into stable once-per-turn timing reference signals for the 3500/25 main board to calculate rotational speed, vibration phase angle and orbit data. The 3500/25 I/O Board integrates built-in intrinsic safety barrier circuit, which limits energy output to field sensors and can be applied in hazardous explosion-prone areas without separate external safety barriers. It has two independent signal input channels, supporting separate configuration for one or two rotating shafts. The precise Keyphasor timing signal enables other monitor modules inside the rack to calculate 1X amplitude, phase and dynamic orbit plots for rotating machinery fault diagnosis.
