The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/32 125712-01 four-channel relay output module is a full-height rack module for the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection TSI system. This alarm trip control module receives alarm and trip status signals from all monitor modules on the rack backplane bus. The 4 Channel Relay Board supports flexible AND / OR voting logic configuration via dedicated rack software. Users can map each relay channel to different measurement alarm points including vibration, thrust position, temperature and overspeed. Each channel adopts SPDT dry contact relay output, contact rating 5A@250VAC / 30VDC, which can drive local alarm lights or ESD emergency shutdown circuits. Front panel LED indicators display module OK state, communication activity and each relay channel alarm status. The module supports hot swapping without interrupting the core machinery protection safety loop. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis function detects relay coil fault and module hardware failure, and reports fault status to rack system. It can be mounted in any slot after the rack interface module, widely used in power generation, petrochemical and metallurgy industries, matched with steam turbines, gas turbines and centrifugal compressors, converting TSI monitoring alarm signals into hard contact output for turbomachinery safety protection.
