Product Details:
The BENTLY NEVADA 136719-01 earthing I/O module, also known as 3500/04 internal barrier board, is an intrinsically safe signal conditioning board for the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection rack system. This intrinsic safety barrier provides built-in safety barrier and signal grounding function, allowing proximity probes, speed sensors and temperature sensors installed in hazardous explosion-prone areas to be directly connected to 3500 monitor modules without separate external safety barriers. The 3500/04 IS I/O Board isolates and limits energy transmitted to field sensors, meeting intrinsic safety requirements for zone hazardous area applications. It can be matched with multiple 3500 series monitor modules including 3500/40M,3500/42M,3500/53,3500/60 and 3500/61. It integrates internal signal termination design to simplify field wiring and reduce ground loop interference risks. The module supports hot swapping during rack operation and will not break the core machinery protection safety loop. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis function detects sensor open circuit, short circuit and hardware faults automatically, and reports fault status through rack system. It maintains stable signal transmission under strong electromagnetic interference in industrial cabinets. It is widely used in petrochemical, offshore oil and chemical industries, providing explosion-proof safety signal conditioning for turbomachinery TSI monitoring systems of steam turbines, gas turbines and centrifugal compressors.
