The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/40M Proximitor Monitor Module is a four-channel full-height monitoring module for the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection TSI system. This 4 Channel Position Monitor receives signals from eddy current proximity probes, converts physical displacement signals into standard electrical measurement data, and supports multiple measurement functions including radial vibration, thrust position, differential expansion, eccentricity and REBAM bearing monitoring. The Shaft Vibration Monitoring module can be configured in channel pairs through rack configuration software. Channels 1 and 2 can be set for one measurement function while channels 3 and 4 can adopt another independent function. Each channel supports programmable alert and danger alarm thresholds. When the measured value exceeds the preset limit, the module sends alarm signals to the rack relay module to trigger safety interlock and equipment shutdown. It is equipped with buffered transducer output signals for waveform and orbit analysis. Front panel LED indicators display module health status, communication activity and bypass status. The module supports hot swapping without interrupting the core machinery protection function. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis function detects sensor open circuit, short circuit and module hardware faults. It complies with API 670 industry standard and SIL2 safety certification. It is widely used in power generation, petrochemical and metallurgy industries, matched with large steam turbines, gas turbines and centrifugal compressors, providing critical shaft vibration and displacement data for rotating machinery safety protection and condition diagnosis.
