The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/34 TMR relay module is a full-height four-channel triple modular redundant relay output module designed for the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection rack system. This triple redundancy protection module adopts 2-out-of-3 voting architecture for each relay channel, greatly reducing the risk of false trips and improving the safety integrity level of critical machinery protection loops. Compared with the standard 3500/32 relay module, the TMR design of 3500/34 ensures that the relay output still maintains correct action even if one internal circuit fails. Users can configure flexible AND, OR voting logic, latch or non-latch mode for each channel through dedicated rack configuration software. Each channel can be associated with alert, danger, module not OK or bypass status signals from any monitoring module inside the rack. The relay contacts are epoxy sealed and equipped with arc suppression components, capable of stable switching under heavy industrial load conditions. Front panel LED indicators display module health, communication status and individual channel alarm state for quick on-site inspection. The module supports hot swapping during rack operation without breaking the protection safety loop. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis can detect internal circuit faults, relay coil failures and wiring abnormalities automatically. It is widely used in high-reliability requirement scenarios such as steam turbines, centrifugal compressors and generators in petrochemical, power generation and offshore oil industries, providing reliable safety interlock and emergency shutdown protection for rotating machinery.
