The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/32M relay output module is a full-height four-channel relay module for the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection rack system. This Alarm Logic Control collects alarm status, alert and danger signals from all monitor modules through the rack backplane bus. Each relay channel supports independent AND and OR voting logic configuration via dedicated rack configuration software. Users can associate each relay point with alarm states from any monitoring channel inside the rack, realizing flexible alarm combination and protection trip control. The 4 Channel Relay Module adopts dry contact relay output design, which can send on-site alarm signals or trigger ESD emergency shutdown actions. Front panel LED indicators display module operating status and individual relay channel alarm state. The module supports hot swapping without interrupting the machinery protection safety loop. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis function can detect relay coil faults and module hardware abnormalities in real time. It can be installed in any rack slot behind the rack interface module. Compared with TMR type 3500/34, this standard relay module is suitable for conventional machinery protection scenarios. It is widely deployed in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, matched with steam turbines, compressors, generators and pumps, converting TSI monitoring alarm data into hard relay contact output for equipment safety protection.
