The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/25 enhanced Keyphasor module is a half-height two-channel module designed for the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection rack system. This Keyphasor module receives pulse signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups installed on rotating shafts, and converts raw sensor pulses into accurate digital speed and phase reference signals. The speed phase reference signal provides once-per-turn timing markers, which allow other monitor modules in the rack to calculate rotating speed, vibration phase angle and 1X vector amplitude for rotating equipment. The module supports two independent input channels, and each channel can be configured separately according to shaft key mark layout. It provides buffered Keyphasor output via front panel coaxial connectors for external diagnostic instruments. It supports hot swapping during rack operation without interrupting the running machinery protection functions. Built-in self-diagnosis function continuously monitors module health and sensor wiring faults, and reports fault status through LED indicators. This enhanced Keyphasor module maintains backward compatibility with legacy 3500 rack systems, and multiple modules can be installed in one rack to acquire multi-shaft phase signals. It is widely used for steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, generators and other critical rotating machinery in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, supporting vibration fault diagnosis and machinery protection.
