This rack interface integrates rack communication and high-speed transient data collection functions, acting as the bridge between all monitoring modules inside the 3500 rack and external monitoring software such as System 1. The TDI module supports multiple communication interfaces including 10/100Base-T Ethernet, fiber optic Ethernet and RS232 serial port, realizing stable transmission of vibration waveform, shaft position and machine speed data. It can capture high-resolution dynamic transient data during machine startup, shutdown and alarm events, helping maintenance engineers analyze intermittent mechanical faults. The module occupies slot 1 next to the power supply inside the 3500 rack, equipped with status indicator LEDs and fault alarm relay output. It will not interfere with the safety protection loop of the machinery protection system, ensuring the protection function works normally even during data communication.
