The BENTLY NEVADA 1900/65A-01-01-01-00-00 general purpose equipment monitor is designed for continuous real-time condition monitoring of all kinds of rotating machinery, including pumps, fans, compressors, steam turbines and other critical rotating assets in industrial plants. This vibration transmitter can receive and process vibration, shaft displacement and temperature signals from different types of sensors, such as eddy current probes, velocity sensors, accelerometers, RTDs and thermocouples. The machinery monitor evaluates the collected data continuously, identifies early mechanical failures like imbalance, misalignment and bearing damage, and activates alarm or danger relay outputs to protect equipment and prevent unplanned shutdowns. It features an integrated local display for on-site data viewing and parameter configuration. The unit supports 4 channels of 4-20mA analog outputs to transmit monitoring data to DCS, PLC and other host control systems. It adopts standard DIN rail mounting for easy installation inside control cabinets, suitable for petrochemical, power generation, metallurgy and other heavy industrial environments.
