The BENTLY NEVADA 1900/55-0Z-01-01-01 fan monitor is a dedicated four-channel machinery monitor within the Bently Nevada 1900 series, specially developed for continuous vibration monitoring and vibration protection of industrial fans, blowers and auxiliary rotating equipment. This machinery monitor is optimized for low-frequency vibration signals commonly found in fan gearboxes and large rotating assemblies. It accepts input signals from velocity transducers, accelerometers and proximity probes, continuously measuring vibration amplitude to detect early faults including bearing degradation, unbalance and structural looseness. Users can configure alert and danger setpoints, relay latch modes and time delays directly via the front panel LCD and keypad. The unit is equipped with 4 SPDT relay outputs for alarm and shutdown interlock, and supports 4-20mA analog outputs to transmit vibration data to DCS or PLC control systems. It can be fitted with optional communication card for data trending and remote viewing. Designed for DIN rail or panel mounting, the fan monitor can withstand harsh industrial temperature ranges and electromagnetic interference, widely applied in power plants, petrochemical plants, metallurgy and manufacturing facilities to prevent sudden fan failures and reduce unplanned downtime.
