The BENTLY NEVADA 146031-01 transient data interface I/O module is the core Ethernet communication board for the Bently Nevada 3500/22M TDI module in the 3500 machinery protection rack system. This Ethernet Communication board integrates 10Base-T / 100Base-TX auto-sensing Ethernet interface, acting as the bridge between the 3500 rack and System 1 diagnostic software. The TDI I/O Board collects steady-state measurement data and high-speed transient waveform data including vibration, shaft position and rotational speed from all monitor modules inside the rack. It can capture high-resolution dynamic signals during machine startup, shutdown and alarm events, helping maintenance engineers analyze intermittent mechanical faults such as rotor imbalance, misalignment and bearing damage. The module combines the functions of rack interface and communication processor, supporting real-time data transmission and remote rack configuration. It is equipped with module OK relay and trip multiply function, and front panel reset button for alarm status clearing. It supports hot swapping without interrupting the machinery protection safety loop, and built-in continuous self-diagnosis monitors hardware faults and communication link anomalies.
