The BENTLY NEVADA 140471-01 Prox/Velom I/O Module is the internal termination I/O interface board for the Bently Nevada 3500/42M proximitor seismic monitor module within the 3500 machinery protection rack system. This internal termination I/O board directly accepts input signals from proximity probes, velocity transducers and accelerometers, converting raw sensor signals into measurable electrical signals for the 3500/42M monitor to process vibration, shaft position and dynamic displacement data. The internal termination design integrates signal terminals on the module, eliminating the need for separate external terminal blocks and simplifying field wiring layout, reducing wiring faults and installation workload. This I/O interface board supports four independent signal channels, each channel can be configured for different sensor types to measure radial vibration, thrust position and casing growth parameters of rotating machinery. It provides sensor excitation power and continuous signal conditioning, maintaining stable signal transmission under industrial electromagnetic interference.
