The BENTLY NEVADA 133323-01 communication gateway I/O module is the internal circuit board for the Bently Nevada 3500/92 communication gateway module in the 3500 machinery protection rack system. This Modbus RTU board collects all measurement data, alarm status and module health information from every monitor module through the rack backplane bus. The 3500/92 I/O Board converts internal rack data into standard Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU signals, enabling bidirectional data communication between the 3500 TSI rack and DCS, PLC and SCADA platforms. It supports flexible Modbus register mapping configuration, allowing users to select vibration, shaft position, temperature and alarm data points for remote uploading. Equipped with Ethernet and isolated RS485 serial interfaces, it can realize long-distance stable data transmission and strong anti-interference performance in complex industrial control cabinet environments. The board supports hot swapping without interrupting the machinery protection safety loop of the whole rack. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis function detects hardware faults and communication link failures, and reports abnormal status via front panel LED indicators. It is widely used in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, matched with steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, generators and pumps, to complete remote real-time data collection and equipment condition monitoring of rotating machinery protection systems.
