The BENTLY NEVADA 125840-02 low voltage AC power input module is the power input board for Bently Nevada 3500/15 power supply unit, designed for the 3500 machinery protection rack system. This rack power supply accepts 85~132VAC wide low-voltage alternating current input, converting AC power into stable DC working voltage for all monitor, relay and communication modules installed inside the rack. The 3500/15 power module supports dual redundant power configuration, two power modules can be mounted in the rack simultaneously to achieve power backup and hot swapping without interrupting the whole machinery protection system operation. Built-in EMI noise filter suppresses grid voltage fluctuation and electromagnetic interference inside industrial control cabinets to guarantee continuous stable power output. The module adopts half-height rack plug-in structure and fits the dedicated power slot of the 3500 rack. Front panel LED indicators display power operating status and fault alarm information. Continuous self-diagnosis function detects overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and internal hardware faults, and reports fault status to rack system. It differs from 125840-01 high voltage AC version, suitable for industrial sites with 110VAC power supply. It is widely used in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, matched with steam turbines, compressors, generators and pumps to provide reliable power support for rotating machinery TSI condition monitoring and protection.
