The BENTLY NEVADA 125680-01 Proximitor I/O Module is a four-channel signal interface board with internal terminations, matched with the Bently Nevada 3500/40M proximitor monitor module for 3500 machinery protection rack system. This Internal Termination board connects directly to eddy current proximity probes, converting raw displacement signals into measurable electrical signals and transmitting data to the 3500/40M main monitor board. The 3500/40M I/O Board supports multiple measurement functions including radial vibration, thrust position, differential expansion, shaft eccentricity and REBAM bearing monitoring. Built-in screw terminal design eliminates separate external terminal blocks, reduces field wiring quantity and lowers wiring fault risks. The module provides sensor excitation power for proximity transducers and maintains high signal precision under industrial vibration and electromagnetic interference. It supports hot swapping without interrupting the machinery protection safety loop. Continuous self-diagnosis function can detect sensor open circuit, short circuit and module hardware faults, and report abnormal status through rack system. Users can configure alarm thresholds of each channel by rack configuration software. It is widely used in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, applied to steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, generators and pumps, providing accurate shaft displacement and vibration data for rotating machinery condition monitoring and safety protection.
