The BENTLY NEVADA 106M1081-01 universal AC power input module is the power unit for the Bently Nevada 3500/15 power supply, designed exclusively for the 3500 machinery protection rack system. This rack power supply accepts wide-range AC input voltage and converts alternating current into stable DC internal working voltage for all monitoring modules installed inside the rack. The 3500/15 power module can be deployed in dual redundant configuration, two power modules installed in the rack at the same time to realize power backup and hot swapping without interrupting the whole machinery protection system operation. Built-in power line noise filter can suppress voltage fluctuation and electromagnetic interference in complex industrial control cabinet environments, maintaining stable power output continuously. The module adopts half-height rack plug-in structure, matched with the dedicated power slot of the 3500 rack. Front panel LED indicators display module power status and fault alarm information. Built-in self-diagnosis function monitors input overvoltage, undervoltage and internal hardware faults, and reports fault status to rack system. It provides reliable power guarantee for vibration, shaft position, temperature monitoring and relay protection modules, widely used in steam turbines, compressors, generators and pumps of petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries.
