Product Details:
ATLAS COPCO TC54P is the high-capacity base servo drive within the TC54 series, built to drive Atlas Copco medium and high torque servo electric nutrunners for heavy-duty precision bolt fastening. It provides stronger continuous output than standard TC54-S, making it suitable for fastening joints that demand large torque and outstanding repeatability. Users can adjust torque, angle, rotation speed and tightening sequence parameters via dedicated Atlas Copco configuration software. All fastening cycles are recorded and stored locally to realize complete process traceability for quality inspection and audit. It adopts cabinet mounting structure and can be installed neatly inside automation control cabinets, widely integrated into robotic fastening cells, fixed multi-spindle fixtures and continuous automated assembly lines. It is equipped with comprehensive hardware protection including over current, over voltage, short circuit and over temperature protection to safeguard both the drive and the connected nutrunner under long-time heavy load operation. It supports optional industrial fieldbus modules to achieve high-speed real-time data interaction with PLC and upper MES systems, and reserves isolated digital I/O terminals for trigger, ready and fault signal handshake. It is widely applied in automotive powertrain, heavy machinery and large structural component assembly.
