Product Details:
ATLAS COPCO TC-4000-P-EIP-ES belongs to the PowerMACS 4000 multi-spindle tightening control platform. It is a high-performance main controller equipped with native EtherNet/IP interface and built-in Ethernet switch. The suffix EIP represents EtherNet/IP communication protocol for seamless connection with Rockwell automation control systems, while ES stands for integrated internal Ethernet switch to simplify local network wiring for multiple tightening spindles. The front panel carries a text display and operation buttons, allowing field operators to view network parameters, diagnostic information, alarm codes and tightening result records directly on site. Users can create tightening sequences, adjust torque and angle thresholds, inspect tightening curves, export historical fastening records and complete fault diagnosis through ToolsTalk PowerMACS configuration software. This controller can synchronously drive multiple Atlas Copco QST tightening spindles, making it ideal for high-speed multi-point fixtured fastening stations in mass production workshops. It adopts the proven Dynatork tightening algorithm to deliver stable and repeatable torque output, captures full tightening curves and archives all fastening data to achieve complete process traceability for quality audit. Redundant emergency stop safety circuits and embedded hardware PLC are integrated inside to satisfy strict safety standards for automated assembly lines. It supports high-speed real-time data interaction with upper PLC via EtherNet/IP, and also provides isolated digital I/O terminals for signal interlock and handshake with peripheral automation equipment. It is widely deployed on multi-axis fastening production lines that adopt Rockwell control architecture and require reliable industrial Ethernet connection.
