Product Details:
ATLAS COPCO TC52SM belongs to the TC52 servo drive family. It is a compact standard servo drive equipped with enhanced status monitoring function, designed to drive Atlas Copco low and medium torque electric servo nutrunners for precision bolt fastening. The suffix SM stands for status monitoring, supporting richer real-time operational data collection, including temperature, load rate and tool health information, compared with the basic TC52S model. Operators can configure torque, angle, speed and tightening sequences via dedicated Atlas Copco configuration software. Each fastening cycle is recorded and saved locally to achieve complete traceability for quality audits and predictive maintenance. It adopts cabinet mounting with small footprint, easy to install inside control cabinets and widely used in manual assembly stations, robotic fastening cells and small fixtured multi-spindle stations. It integrates comprehensive protection circuits including over current, over voltage, short circuit and over temperature protection to safeguard the drive and connected tightening tool under continuous production load. It supports optional industrial fieldbus modules for high-speed data exchange with PLC and upper MES systems, and provides isolated digital I/O terminals for tool trigger, ready status and fault handshake signals. It is highly favored for auto parts, electronics and general machinery assembly that requires real-time equipment condition monitoring and stable repeatable fastening results.
