ATLAS COPCO TC-52P-P is the high-power variant of the TC52 servo drive family, designed to drive Atlas Copco low and medium torque electric servo nutrunners for precision bolt fastening. It delivers higher continuous output than the standard TC52S, while retaining the compact cabinet mounting form factor of the TC52 platform. Users can configure torque, angle, speed and tightening sequence parameters through dedicated Atlas Copco configuration software. Every fastening cycle is locally recorded and stored, supporting complete traceability for quality inspection and production audit. Its small footprint allows easy installation inside control cabinets, and it is widely integrated into manual workstations, robotic fastening cells and small fixtured multi-spindle stations. It is equipped with comprehensive built-in protection including over current, over voltage, short circuit and over temperature protection, which protects the drive and the connected tightening tool under continuous heavy load. It supports optional industrial fieldbus modules for high-speed data exchange with PLC and upper MES systems, and provides isolated digital I/O terminals for tool trigger, ready status and fault handshake signals. It is commonly used in auto parts, electronic assembly and general machinery assembly that requires stable high-output compact servo fastening.
