Product Details:
ATLAS COPCO TC52P-D is the high-power digital variant within the TC52 servo drive family, built for driving Atlas Copco low and medium torque electric servo nutrunners for precision bolt fastening. The suffix D denotes enhanced digital signal processing, delivering faster signal sampling and more responsive torque regulation than standard TC52P models. Users can configure torque, angle, rotational speed and tightening sequences via dedicated Atlas Copco configuration software. Every fastening cycle is fully logged and stored locally to guarantee complete production traceability for quality audits. It adopts compact cabinet mounting, occupying limited cabinet space and suitable for manual workstations, robotic fastening cells and small fixtured multi-spindle stations. It integrates multi-level hardware protection including over current, over voltage, short circuit and over temperature protection to safeguard the drive and connected tightening tool under continuous cyclic operation. It supports optional industrial fieldbus modules for high-speed data exchange with PLC and MES, and is equipped with high-speed isolated digital I/O terminals for tool trigger, ready status and fault handshake. It is widely chosen for automotive parts, electronics and general machinery assembly requiring rapid digital signal response and stable high-output servo fastening.
