Product Details:
ATLAS COPCO TC52P-D-DECTLM is a high-power digital servo drive from the TC52 family, integrating enhanced digital signal processing and dedicated DECTLM communication interface for Atlas Copco low and medium torque servo electric nutrunners. It combines the high power output of TC52P, fast digital closed-loop control of the D variant and the dedicated DECTLM link for reliable point-to-point communication with host controllers. Users can define torque, angle, speed and tightening sequence parameters through Atlas Copco dedicated configuration software. All fastening cycles are locally recorded and stored, supporting complete traceability for quality audit and production tracking. It adopts compact cabinet mounting, saving valuable space inside control cabinets and widely deployed on manual assembly stations, robotic fastening cells and small fixtured multi-spindle stations. Built-in multi-layer protection including over current, over voltage, short circuit and over temperature protection safeguards both the drive and connected nutrunner under continuous cyclic loads. It transmits fastening results and accepts trigger commands via the DECTLM port, while high-speed isolated digital I/O terminals are reserved for ready status and fault handshake signals. It is widely selected for automotive parts, electronics and general machinery assembly that requires both high-speed digital regulation and dedicated DECTLM communication.
