ATLAS COPCO TC52P-DECTLM is a high-power servo drive belonging to the TC52 drive family, equipped with dedicated DECTLM communication interface for Atlas Copco low and medium torque servo electric nutrunners. It delivers stable high continuous output to handle cyclic heavy fastening loads on automated assembly lines. Users can set torque, angle, rotation speed and tightening sequences through dedicated Atlas Copco configuration software. Every fastening cycle will be recorded and stored locally, supporting complete production traceability for quality inspection and audit. It adopts compact cabinet mounting design, saving cabinet space and suitable for manual workstations, robotic fastening cells and small fixtured multi-spindle stations. It integrates multi-level hardware protection including over current, over voltage, short circuit and over temperature protection to protect the drive and connected tightening tool under long continuous running. It supports reliable data exchange with upper control systems via the DECTLM port, and also provides isolated digital I/O terminals for tool trigger, ready status and fault handshake signals. It is widely used in auto parts, electronic assembly and general machinery production that requires dedicated DECTLM link and stable high-output servo fastening.
