ATLAS COPCO TC54-S is the standard variant of the TC54 servo drive series, serving as a dedicated drive unit for Atlas Copco medium and high torque electric servo nutrunners. It delivers stable and consistent power output for heavy-duty precision fastening tasks, and it is positioned as the standard version compared with the high-power TC54P-P. Users can configure torque, angle, rotational speed and fastening sequences through official Atlas Copco software. Each fastening cycle will be recorded and stored locally to realize complete process traceability for quality control. It adopts cabinet mounting layout and can be easily installed inside control cabinets, widely deployed in robotic fastening stations, fixed multi-spindle fixtures and continuous automated assembly lines. It integrates full protection circuits including over current, over voltage, short circuit and over temperature protection to protect both the drive and the connected nutrunner under long continuous load. It supports optional industrial fieldbus modules to achieve high-speed data interaction with PLC and upper MES systems, and provides isolated digital I/O terminals for trigger, ready and fault signal handshake. It is widely selected for powertrain assembly, heavy machinery and large component assembly requiring reliable torque repeatability.
