ATLAS COPCO TC52S belongs to the TC52 servo drive family, it is a compact standard servo drive designed to drive Atlas Copco low and medium torque electric servo nutrunners for precision bolt fastening. It features fast response and stable torque output, suitable for continuous fastening tasks in automated assembly. Users can adjust torque, angle, speed and fastening sequence parameters via dedicated Atlas Copco configuration software. Every fastening cycle will be recorded and stored locally to realize full production traceability for quality inspection. It adopts cabinet mounting design with small footprint, easy to install inside control cabinets and widely integrated into manual workstations, robotic fastening cells and small fixtured multi-spindle stations. It has built-in multi-level protection functions including over current, over voltage, short circuit and over temperature protection to protect the drive and connected tightening tool during long-time operation. It supports optional industrial fieldbus modules for high-speed data exchange with PLC and upper MES systems, and provides isolated digital I/O terminals for trigger, ready and fault handshake signals. It is commonly used in auto parts, electronic products and general machinery assembly requiring high repeatability fastening performance.
