Product Details:
ATLAS COPCO TC52S-EIP belongs to the TC52 servo drive family. It is a compact standard servo drive integrated with native EtherNet/IP communication, built for low and medium torque Atlas Copco electric servo nutrunners for precision bolt fastening. The suffix EIP stands for EtherNet/IP protocol, supporting seamless connection with Rockwell PLC and automation hosts for high-speed real-time data exchange. Operators can set torque, angle, speed and tightening sequences via dedicated Atlas Copco configuration software. Each fastening cycle is recorded and saved locally to achieve complete traceability for quality audits. It adopts cabinet mounting with small footprint, easy to install inside control cabinets and widely used in manual assembly stations, robotic fastening cells and small fixtured multi-spindle stations. It integrates comprehensive protection circuits including over current, over voltage, short circuit and over temperature protection to safeguard the drive and connected tightening tool under continuous production load. Besides EtherNet/IP, it provides isolated digital I/O terminals for tool trigger, ready status and fault handshake signals. It is highly favored for auto parts, electronics and general machinery assembly that requires stable EtherNet/IP networking and repeatable fastening results.
