Product Details:
ATLAS COPCO TC52P-N is the high power single channel servo drive inside the TC52 family, designed to drive Atlas Copco low and medium torque electric servo nutrunners for precision bolt fastening. The suffix N represents standard single-channel configuration without built-in dedicated DECTLM port, reserving flexible expansion for optional communication modules according to on-site automation requirements. It delivers stable continuous power output to cope with repeated cyclic fastening tasks on automated assembly lines. Users can set torque, angle, rotation speed and multi-step tightening sequences through dedicated Atlas Copco configuration software. Each fastening cycle will be recorded and stored locally to realize complete production traceability for quality inspection and audit. It adopts compact cabinet mounting structure, saving cabinet installation space and widely applied in manual workstations, robotic fastening cells and small fixtured multi-spindle stations. It is equipped with comprehensive hardware protection including over current, over voltage, short circuit and over temperature protection to protect both the drive and the connected tightening tool under long-time continuous operation. It supports various optional industrial fieldbus modules for high-speed data exchange with PLC and upper MES systems, and provides isolated digital I/O terminals for tool trigger, ready status and fault handshake signals. It is widely selected for automotive parts, electronics and general machinery assembly that need high-power single-channel fastening control and flexible communication expansion.
