ATLAS COPCO TC54P-P belongs to the TC54 servo drive family, a high-power servo drive unit dedicated to driving Atlas Copco electric servo nutrunners for precision bolt fastening. It offers greater output capacity than the TC52 series, supporting medium and high torque tightening tools for heavy-duty assembly work. Operators can configure torque, angle, rotation speed and tightening sequence parameters via the official Atlas Copco software. Every fastening cycle is recorded and stored locally to achieve complete production traceability. Adopting cabinet mounting design, this drive can be neatly installed inside automation control cabinets, widely integrated into robotic fastening cells, fixed multi-spindle stations and continuous assembly lines. It integrates comprehensive protection functions including over current, over voltage, short circuit and over temperature protection, safeguarding both the drive body and the connected tightening tool under long-time heavy load operation. It supports optional industrial fieldbus modules to realize high-speed data exchange with PLC and upper MES systems, and provides isolated digital I/O terminals for tool trigger, ready signal and fault handshake communication. It is widely selected for automotive powertrain, heavy machinery and large component assembly which require excellent torque repeatability and stable fastening performance.
