ATLAS COPCO PF3109-C-HW belongs to the Power Focus 3100 series, it is a heavy-duty compact single-channel tightening controller without local graphic display and keypad. The letter C means compact version, and HW denotes standard hardware revision without optional fieldbus card. All tightening program editing, parameter tuning, data backup and fault diagnosis must be completed remotely through ToolsTalk PF software on external PC. It supports Tensor 3 series electric nutrunners and delivers stable high torque tightening performance for heavy assembly stations. This base unit is equipped with serial port and isolated digital I/O terminals, suitable for automated fastening lines that rely on digital signal interlock and do not require frequent local on-site operation.
