The ProSoft RLXIB-IHN-W-E is a legacy RadioLinx weatherproof industrial Wi-Fi hotspot with IP67 sealed enclosure, designed for outdoor and harsh industrial wireless Ethernet communication. It adopts 802.11n MIMO technology with three antenna ports and supports up to 300 Mbps wireless throughput, compatible with 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency bands. It can be configured as access point, repeater or wireless client to build point-to-point and point-to-multipoint network topology, supporting real-time transmission of EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP and other industrial control protocols. It supports fast roaming function for mobile equipment such as AGVs and transfer trolleys, which effectively reduces communication interruption during movement. It integrates enterprise security mechanisms including WPA2, RADIUS authentication and MAC address filtering, and supports VLAN, QoS and IGMP snooping to prioritize control data and isolate network traffic. Engineers can use IH Browser configuration software to set IP address, view network topology, check signal status, read diagnostic counters and complete firmware upgrade. It also supports OPC diagnostic server for remote monitoring of radio running status. The wireless communication runs independently, and data transmission will not occupy the PLC scan cycle or interfere with the original control logic. This model is discontinued and only available as spare parts for legacy outdoor automation and SCADA renovation projects.

This unit adopts cast aluminum waterproof housing with IP67 dust and water protection grade. It is equipped with M12 shielded Ethernet port and three RP-SMA antenna interfaces, supports 10-24VDC power supply or 802.3af PoE power supply. LED indicators display power status, Ethernet link, wireless signal strength and fault alarm information for fast on-site troubleshooting. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 75°C, storage temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C, relative humidity 5% to 95% non-condensing. It has obtained cULus Class I Division 2, FCC and CE certifications, meets industrial shock, vibration and EMC standards for surge and electrostatic interference. It supports configuration backup and remote firmware maintenance for long-term field operation.
