The ProSoft RLX2-IHNF-WC is a rugged IP67 weatherproof industrial Wi-Fi hotspot with conduit-style enclosure, designed for outdoor and hazardous industrial locations that require sealed wiring conduit entry. It follows IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n standard, supports dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz including DFS channels, and adopts MIMO technology with three antenna ports to achieve up to 300 Mbps wireless throughput. It can be configured as access point, repeater or wireless client, supporting ultra-fast roaming under 50ms for moving equipment such as AGVs and mobile trolleys. The conduit housing design facilitates sealed wiring installation and is suitable for sites that need rigid cable conduit protection, different from the standard cable gland version of RLX2-IHNF-W. It supports WPA2-Enterprise 128-bit AES encryption, MAC filtering and RADIUS authentication to secure industrial control data. Built-in network functions include VLAN, QoS, IGMP snooping and self-healing network. It integrates EtherNet/IP and Modbus diagnostic agent, so engineers can directly read radio signal strength, packet status and fault information from PLC without extra monitoring software. IH Browser configuration software is used for IP assignment, network topology viewing, parameter setup and firmware upgrade. The wireless communication runs independently, and the data transmission will not occupy the controller scan cycle or interfere with the original control logic. This unit adopts cast aluminum conduit enclosure with IP66/IP67 ingress protection. It supports 802.3af PoE power supply or 10-24VDC external power, with power consumption below 8W. It is equipped with shielded M12 Ethernet port and three RP-SMA antenna connectors, and LED indicators display power status, Ethernet link, wireless signal and fault alarms for fast on-site diagnosis. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 75°C, storage temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C, relative humidity 5% to 95% non-condensing. It has obtained cULus Class I Division 2, FCC and CE certifications, meets industrial shock, vibration and EMC standards for surge and electrostatic interference. It supports configuration backup and remote firmware upgrade for long-term field maintenance.
