The ProSoft AN-X-TI is an industrial migration gateway developed for Texas Instruments 505 remote I/O network upgrade, enabling bidirectional cyclic data exchange between EtherNet/IP and TI 505 Remote I/O protocol. It functions as a remote I/O scanner, allowing Rockwell ControlLogix and other EtherNet/IP PACs to read input signals and send output commands to legacy TI 505 remote bases and I/O modules. The gateway can scan up to 15 TI 505 remote I/O bases, supporting both high-density and low-density I/O modules. It supports automatic network discovery and scan list generation, and can directly export RSLogix 5000 tag files, which greatly reduces manual configuration work and lowers the risk of configuration errors. It also provides monitor mode, which can capture and view bus data without interfering with the running legacy control system, suitable for pre-upgrade testing and risk assessment. It is equipped with one 10/100Mbps RJ45 Ethernet port for EtherNet/IP communication and a dedicated terminal interface for TI 505 remote I/O bus connection.

This gateway adopts DIN rail mounting for cabinet installation. It accepts 12VDC to 24VDC industrial power supply and is equipped with front LED indicators for power, Ethernet link, TI remote I/O bus activity and fault status. Users can complete network configuration, I/O point mapping, diagnostic checking and firmware upgrade through the built-in web browser interface, and offline CSV configuration files are supported for flexible batch setup. It supports remote diagnostic viewing, bus error statistics and real-time I/O data monitoring, and diagnostic information can be mapped to controller memory for HMI display. It has stable EMC performance to adapt to factory industrial environments, with an operating temperature range of 0°C to 50°C for reliable long-term continuous operation.

This migration gateway is widely used in TI 505 remote I/O system renovation, phased Rockwell PLC migration, production line reconstruction and spare replacement projects. It retains the original TI 505 field wiring and I/O modules, and realizes gradual migration to the Rockwell EtherNet/IP platform without long full-line shutdown. As a discontinued legacy communication gateway, the AN-X-TI is mainly supplied as spare replacement parts for stable-running automation systems. It maintains reliable TI 505 bus scanning and cyclic I/O data transmission, preserves the original field hardware and wiring, and effectively cuts renovation cost and production downtime.
